The front desk personnel were very friendly and easy to work with. This is the second time we had Maria as our repair estimator and SHE IS AWESOME! She has a great attitude towards customers and she was very informative along every step of the process. When I had questions, her responses were immediate. It’s a stressful situation anytime you have to deal with auto repairs and Maria made the process simple and stress free. The Tesla certified repair technicians also did a great job repairing the vehicle and gave the car a nice little interior cleaning before I picked it up. It’s hard to find the customer service I received here and I strongly recommend this shop for any auto repairs. I was satisfied with the experience both times!
