And have no intention of providing me with a written estimate argument close. their cars are so dirty and smell like COVID -19. I discussed it over and over again and they would not budge a single bit. There's seem to be some reason why they are hidding and evading to give out any estimate. I have called Enterprise Holdings ten times and all ten times I ask for a estimate they mislead me into giving them all of my personal information phone numbers and email address and everything on my confidential driver's license. They have everything about me and I have absolutely NOTHING FROM THEM. They is NO transparency between the business and the customer. The end result is after talking with ten different reservationist they quoted me all different rates and pretended to email me an estimate. However not a single one of them did. They appeared to be hidding something and could not give me a straight answer. What is there to discuss about?
