It was inconvenient, difficult to get into, difficult to drive. We dropped it off the day before it was due to get rid of it. While we had it, the display screen went black so we had no information. I called the national number that we rented from and they did not answer. I left a voicemail and they did not return the call. Fortunately Google told us how to get the display working again.
