  Every staff member was terrific. Excellent with information about the rental and the area. We had a tire issue, and they had us in and out with a swapped vehicle in minutes. Much appreciated.

  We booked a Malibu or Camry car, but got a Jeep dumped on us at pick up from the valet parking guy at Pickup. We did not want a jeep. It was inconvenient, difficult to get into, difficult to drive. We dropped it off the day before it was due to get rid of it. While we had it, the display screen went black so we had no information. I called the national number that we rented from and they did not answer. I left a voicemail and they did not return the call. Fortunately Google told us how to get the display working again.
