  If there is a price surge(like during Thanksgiving or Christmas time), they can easily cancel your booking and ruin your vacation.

  Terrible service. Our flight arrived at 1:30 PM, but the rental office was only open until 12:00 PM. The next day they simply refused to give us the car and said that our reservation had been canceled. As a result, our entire family was left without a car on Christmas Day and the entire following week. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise at the Marriott Hotel on the Big Island of Hawaii, and I had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Erica, who assisted me, went above and beyond to make my trip even more special. Not only was she incredibly helpful in getting me set up with my rental, but she also remembered my birthday and surprised me with a thoughtful upgrade. I was truly grateful for the personalized service and the attention to detail that Erica provided, making my experience so memorable. The upgrade was a fantastic bonus, and it made exploring the island even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this Enterprise location for anyone visiting the Big Island—Erica really knows how to take care of her customers!

  The staff is so kind! I had a situation happen with someone in my party where I urgently needed a car last minute to drive to the hospital. Joshua Lee was very kind and accommodating and went above and beyond his job description.
