I’ve had multiple experiences here and unfortunately they’ve been consistently disappointing.
When I brought in my previous vehicle with a flat tire, I was told by Nani that because it had been previously plugged and the warranty had expired, they would not repair it. I understand there can be liability concerns with that. However, instead of clearly explaining my options, I was immediately directed toward purchasing new tires and was quoted higher-end options without being offered the same tire I originally had.
I decided to get a second opinion at another shop, and they were able to plug the tire immediately… at no cost. Literally saved myself $900 by making that call to go to a different shop.
More recently, I brought in my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek for an oil change and had a similar experience with lack of transparency. I was asked to sign the pad without explanation and only told what they were after I asked. How are you telling me to sign something without even telling me what I am signing for and then smirking at me when I ask you to explain what I’m signing?? I was also not given any options for oil type. It was selected for me without discussion and pricing was only explained after I had signed. I’m assuming she (Nani) picked the highest tier 🙄.
Overall, I felt like I wasn’t given clear information or choices, and that decisions were being made for me rather than with me. I would have appreciated more transparency, communication, and the opportunity to make informed decisions about my own vehicle.

Always get our oil done here.
Just got overcharged by at least 100 dollars for an alignment. And that’s supposedly after the promo their running and military discount.
If I’d been the one bringing the car in I’d have said something. I better not see “shop materials” or a 2 year alignment warranty we didn’t ask for on that receipt. Over 200 dollars for a simple alignment is just stealing, just had the other car taken to Lex Brodies yesterday… same service but better for 100 bucks. Find a local shop on the west side that has good reviews. Avoid this place unless you want your wallet assaulted and to be taken advantage of… over 100 extra dollars for invisible services we didn’t ask for.
The only reason I’ll ever come back in here will be to get the money you stole from us Goodyear. No explanation, the person that brought our car in didn’t know to ask any questions. Absolutely lacking integrity.

I am someone who feels uncertain and anxious when it comes to automotive care, and Nani has always taken the time to ease those feelings. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and calm, and she explains everything clearly—no matter how many times I need her to go over it.
What truly sets Nani apart is the respect and kindness she shows. She never makes us feel inferior or uncomfortable for not understanding something, which unfortunately has not always been our experience with other service workers. Instead, she is encouraging, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping us understand and make informed decisions.
Nani is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. Even when issues arise that are beyond her control, she does everything she can to make things right and ensure we are taken care of. Many people I know have not had the same positive experiences at this location when working with others, which speaks volumes about the level of care and professionalism Nani provides.
She is the reason we continue to return to Goodyear for services like oil changes when my dad is unable to help me. Knowing that Nani will be there gives me peace of mind every time.

It wasn’t disclosed to me that I was paying for an additional, optional protection plan that I didn’t ask for. I was told it was included when I purchased the tires. Not that I was paying for a “Road Hazard Protection”.
