  I am writing to express my sincere appreciation and recognition for Nani, who has been assisting me and my family with our vehicle service needs for over 15 years at the Wai‘anae location. From the very beginning, Nani has consistently made is feel comfortable and confident throughout the car service process. I am someone who feels uncertain and anxious when it comes to automotive care, and Nani has always taken the time to ease those feelings. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and calm, and she explains everything clearly—no matter how many times I need her to go over it. What truly sets Nani apart is the respect and kindness she shows. She never makes us feel inferior or uncomfortable for not understanding something, which unfortunately has not always been our experience with other service workers. Instead, she is encouraging, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping us understand and make informed decisions. Nani is trustworthy, honest, and reliable. Even when issues arise that are beyond her control, she does everything she can to make things right and ensure we are taken care of. Many people I know have not had the same positive experiences at this location when working with others, which speaks volumes about the level of care and professionalism Nani provides. She is the reason we continue to return to Goodyear for services like oil changes when my dad is unable to help me. Knowing that Nani will be there gives me peace of mind every time.   It wasn’t disclosed to me that I was paying for an additional, optional protection plan that I didn’t ask for. I was told it was included when I purchased the tires. Not that I was paying for a “Road Hazard Protection”.

  Went to Goodyear Waianae just to check my tire pressure. Was assisted by Peter who went above and beyond by checking and adjusting all 4 of my tires to the psi. Tried to tip him but he refused and just kept saying have an amazing day Aunty! What a good young Man. I'll be sure to take all my business to him in the future. Thank you Peter!
