  Shelby and her staff at Goodyear Pearl City were awesome. I needed 4 tires replaced, an oil change, and a safety check. They were able to take care of everything including ordering my tires and scheduling my appointment a couple days out. Would definitely recommend. Make sure if you need a safety check and your time is short that you call ahead to confirm the availability of appointments as they fill up quick.

  Had a rough day—two near accidents, a blown tire on the freeway, a missed appointment, and unexpected expenses. Saw the tires I needed on the website and decided to try my luck, but when I arrived and she checked the inventory, they were unfortunately unavailable. Instead, Shelby turned the whole situation around. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. She even helped me get tires that were supposed to be online-only. Her willingness to help and positive attitude made my stressful situation feel almost stress-free—though I still felt a little stress from the unexpected tire expense. Customer service like hers is rare here. Because of her, I will absolutely come back again if I ever end up with a flat or blown tire. Shelby truly represents what great customer service should be—100%.

  Scheduled my car for new tires and alignment check/repairs. They told me it would take about 2 hours. After 3 hours had passed, I called to inquire on the status of my car. They told me there were two cars ahead of me and it would not be done until some time later in the afternoon. I asked them why it would take practically the whole day? They said a lot of cars came in and they only have two mechanics. So it seems like, although I had scheduled an early appointment, the cars that came in after me were put in front of the line. I didn’t have time to wait until the afternoon so I picked up my car without the alignment check and took it to Lex Brody. Just a bad way to run a business. The multiple bad reviews from other customers speaks volumes. In addition, I noticed scratches on my rims. These guys are just terrible..
