Then cancelled my appointment even after they said they could service it later the same day when I came back. Spoke with manager who informed me “Yup that’s how it is sorry bout it”. There are other options, you deserve better then that place

The safety check was thorough and they were very strict about it, which I appreciated. However, the way they handled my car left me disappointed. Using a blade/whatever to remove the old sticker caused a noticeable scratch on the paint, which shouldn’t happen. If you’re going to be careful with the inspection, the same level of care should be given to the vehicle itself. It’s frustrating as a car owner and I hope they improve on this. Overall, not satisfied with the service.
