- UUUhexii3 days ago1.0I walked in ready to buy a bunch of stuff to clean my car and as I was getting ready to go pay this bald headed worker with glasses yells at me telling me he saw me stuff things in my in my shirt which I did not. I'm sick of being profiled in every store i go to and i was shown no hospitality whatsoever. No welcome or word from any of the two workers up front. Not only that, but they proceeded to follow me around the store which made me feel super uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was already hesitant on getting anything from there because of that, but getting yelled at and accused of stealing was it for me.

- CCCatherineMay 16, 20215.0Yesterday was the first time we went there my radiator blew up right around the corner from theses guys and they were the only ones to the a radiator for my frontier on island.. the workers were very polite and and very helpful.. I use to go to Oreillys in mililani but after having my battery disappear when I dropped it off to get it tested and have the employees attack my husband for no dam reason from the mililani Oreillys and the store manager for also accusing me of trying to get a free battery when I had my battery ticket to pick up my battery.. so I’ll never go anywhere else now since I’ve been to this store.. they had everything I needed at a great price and very nice staff..plus I needed another hose for the radiator I just bought yesterday and called them this morning at 730 am one of there Employees answered to let me know they don’t open till 8 am but she still helped me to see if the part I needed was in the store before driving up from Haleiwa and they do have it.. but like i said very very awesome service..best service I’ve had in many years from auto part stores here in Hawaii.. thank u guys for your great service and mahalo’s to u all and hope your store will be there for many years..
