  Our experience with renting from Enterprise on Kaua’i was a pleasure from start to finish. Nice people, nice car, good price (exactly as quoted on reservation), and no high pressure scare tactics to get us to add on insurance or anything else. 100% recommended.

  Easy and efficient process for both pickup and drop off. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will rent from Enterprise again.

  Our flight was significantly delayed, and we arrived at LIH airport well past midnight. We were genuinely grateful that the rental office remained open after regular hours, allowing us to complete a late‑night pickup. Even though several other travelers were waiting, the check‑in process was efficient and smooth. I highly recommend completing the online advance check‑in — it not only speeds up your own process but also helps the staff manage late‑night pickups more easily. We were invited to choose a vehicle from the lot. The first car we entered didn’t have Apple CarPlay, which we needed for navigation, and the staff kindly allowed us to switch to another vehicle. This small accommodation made our entire trip much more comfortable. Despite the late hour, every staff member we met was professional, patient, and kind.
