To start all the car to choose from are so banged up, I had to take a video to keep proof I didn’t do any damage to the car. Then, the washer fluid was 100% empty, basic of maintenance. When more concerned came up and had to call the service center, she decided to simply hang up on me, and when making it back up to Enterprise and voicing my concerns on their car, I simply been told to go rent somewhere else! Worse service I had for a long time.

- BZBrad Vander ZandenDec 22, 20255.0I was able to get a shuttle bus immediately too and from the enterprise rental office from the airport terminal. The rental agent was friendly and efficient. Enterprise has a generous policy with respect to dents and scrapes so you don’t have to meticulously document each defect before leaving the lot. That means you can quickly pick up the car and go. My car was a Nissan Altima and it ran very smoothly. Overall, my experience with enterprise was outstanding.

The location was terrible, did not have the vehicle type I rented available waited for them to wash one and it smelled of urine. I voluntarily downgraded to a sedan from an SUV. The manager lady tonight was rude. I have top status with all agencies and wish I would've picked hertz or national, choosing enterprise was a mistake at LIH.
