The problem here is a significant lack of cars available. This occurred on a number of occasions. I am generally a huge fan of Enterprise, but not on Kauai. The staff is wonderful but they can’t provide the same service as other agencies.

Done with Enterprise after a decade of loyalty. Thanks for leaving us stranded and ruining the first two days of vacation. Never again. I should also add that I contacted Enterprise the day after and was told someone would contact me. I was given a reference number and haven't heard from them since.
