But the Enterprise shuttle that was supposed to take us from the cruise ship to the rental office was a complete no-show. Waisted almost an hour until we finally gave up and shared a taxi with another couple who were also waiting for the Enterprise shuttle. The competitionās shuttle came twice while we were waiting. If youāre on the Hawaiian cruise at Kauai Iād recommend using the competition rental car companies so you donāt waist your time waiting for Enterprise to not show up. I normally use Enterprise when traveling and needing a rental. Very disappointed this time.
