  My experience was over the top excellent with this location. Napua went above and beyond to make this the most satisfying experience of my week of renting cars in Hawaii. I dealt with 6 other rentals over my 10 days in Hawaii and none came close to the "customer first experience" I received at this Enterprise location. Thank you Napua for your kindness, you made my day!

  Awesome experience renting car from Enterprise ! Kudos especially to Napua, rental agent for her friendly, warm n professional actions. I had questions on operating newer features of this particular car n Napua explained patiently how to successfully operate it. Kudos for her patience n knowledge!

  I rented an Enterprise car through Costco. I received a call a couple of days before my pick up date just to confirm my reservation. I was initially impressed with the customer service, that a real human was calling just to confirm my reservation and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. They mentioned they had our flight number and everything was good. I told them I was concerned about our flight getting in so close to their closing hours. The guy sounded not concerned and thought the half hour timeframe would be fine. Then today everything changed. Our flight has been delayed by half hour making the arrival time 5 minutes after their office hours. So before L got on my flight, I thought I better check in with the car company and let them know we are delayed and get information on how to pick up the car if their office was closed. The previous conversation had led me to believe there was a way to get our car after hours, because the guy had mentioned it was a bit complicated but could be done. Thank goodness I did call. Enterprise went from being everything is good to “I don’t know what to tell you and I need to talk to my manager “and then coming back with basically you are screwed and why did you rent from this location in the first place! Their solutions were to almost double the price ($356 to $735)and pick up at the airport or come get the car the next day when they reopened (and what? sleep in the airport or spend an additional $140 in getting to my destination and back the next day).Seriously this is what I was offered. So I asked if I could speak to the manager and was then put on hold indefinitely and then finally hung up after I had to board my flight but I had already been on hold for over 20 minutes so I doubt anyone was going to come back on the line. So then I called “customer service “ number and that was even worse so after complaining to deaf ears and being transferred to the escalation department to withstand condescending remarks about how it was all my fault for renting from them in the first place and empty “sorry this is all we can do” thrown in, I cancelled my reservation and made a reservation with a competitor at the airport for a little more money than my original car price. I realize it is not Enterprise’s fault that my flight was delayed but I cannot believe this is how they handled this issue. I am just so sick of corporations putting all the onus on the consumer while their on hold messages tell me over and over again how important I am. My only power is to leave a negative review where I sound like my name is Karen and to not use them again. It isn’t a very good solution.

  Once we got there, everything was good however getting there via uber was costly! Especially because the addresses on uber site took us to some weird area. And then we had to pay again to get to the correct place. But as stated, once there, they were friendly, accommodating and pricing was very good. Getting back to the airport via cab was a piece of cake. Nice vehicle and nice employees.
