    I WOULD STRONGLY URGE YOU TO RENT ELSEWHERE. Upon picking up our car it was dirty on the inside we found chips and bag stuffed into the side. Car drove fine it was a newer jeep wrangler. In the process of returning the vehicle I filled up the gas tank. At the first station there was an issue where the pump continued to click off. I drove to a different gas station and found the same issue. I continued to pump gas until the fuel gage said full. Upon returning the vehicle I get a receipt some time later saying they billed me for gas. The fuel tank was full when I returned it but they still charged me well over $8.00 a gallon for the less than 1 gallon they say they put in. Upon trying to contest this charge. Their office is closed 😃. I can’t respond to the email they sent… so I will have to wait for regular business hours. Long story short… they will try to nickel and dime you. I’m never renting from Alamo again.

    I had another great experience with Alamo during my trip. This time I rented a Ford Mustang Convertible, and everything went very smoothly. The pickup process was quick and easy, and the car was in great condition. Driving the Mustang was a fantastic experience and made the trip even more enjoyable. Returning the car was also fast and convenient, just like before. Overall, everything worked perfectly and the rental process was simple and efficient.

    The website to reserve a car rental was user friendly. The option to bypass the check in counter by just providing the additional information was a huge time saver! Competitive pricing as well! Will definitely go with Alamo in the future!
