  What a nightmare!!! We made a reservation in Oct 2025. The day before the pickup day in Jan 2026, we even went to this location to double check our reservation. We were assured that there will be car available. When we went to pick up per reservation, we were told that no car at all and the wait could be 2 days before there is any car available. The only solution is to find a car ourselves per the person in charge that day. We were so desperate and so mad. At the end, we requested them to reserve a car for us from the Enterprise in the airport. We had to rush out to take a bus to the airport in order to get the car. There are many cars available in the airport location. We even get to pick and choose. This ruined our schedule entirely. What kind of coordination and arrangement this is. They should move the cars from the location with too many inventory to the location with none. Isn't this the basic knowledge of operation for efficiency and fulfillment? Staff from both locations are nice. They tried their best to help us. Apparently, the management is the issue.

  The young man that works there and gives the keys and checks the car is not kind, honest, or helpful. Terrible service. The woman at the front desk couldn’t help us. This associate refused to let us talk to the manager. He lied and said if enterprise towed our rental back to the airport branch we’d have to risk paying fees for towing. He said they do have cars in case of emergencies but he didn’t want to give us one because the check engine light wasn’t on and their branch is small. We had called enterprise customer service ahead and they said our car was unsafe and that they would tow it back to the airport for free but that it’d take hours so that’s why we went into this branch (the closest to us) for help and they refused. It was all very disappointing.

  I made a reservation months in advance. I confirmed my reservation the day before pickup. Two hours before pickup, I receive a call that there is no car available for us today. Apparently reservations and a confirmation the day before pickup means very little to Enterprise

  Awful service- incompetent staff and management. This was an appalling experience. Also they overcharge customers with inexplicable charges.
