  Didn’t honor a reservation made well in advance. Wasted a whole day of our trip - avoid this location if you are planner and want a reliable rental car provider for your trip.

  Super friendly and helpful staff and convenient location at the Sheraton Kaanapali. Great place to get a rental car in west Maui - Kaanapali.

  The cruise port pick up and drop off is not organized, you have to allow at least one hour to pick you up and one hour to drop you back to the port. There is no sign at the port saying where is the shuttle pick you up, and no one at the car rental office will pick up your phone call, I waited one hour and a half for them to pick me up. For the short stop over from the cruise for 8 hours, 3 hours to spend the get and return the rental car, is quite a bit of time. Hopefully can improve next time when I go Maui again.
