- IMIlee MullerApr 15, 20195.0Arrived at the airport, was shuttled to the Alamo car rental pick-up location. Picking up our reserved car was quick and easy. We reserved a large SUV for a family of five. We left and went to Costco to do our food run before heading to our resort. We had trouble starting the car, we drove the car back to the rental car facility and informed them of the problem. Trey was great, he was so apologetic he made the whole inconvenience more pleasant, he was polite and they even unloaded all our luggage and Costco run to the new rental car. He upgraded our vehicle for the inconvenience. Thank you Trey!!!
