Everything is explained clearly and options are offered. Elsie takes care and looks out for me like family. I am grateful to have discovered this shop, and it is so close to work, I can drop it off in the morning and still make it on time!

- DKDale KrepsApr 7, 20265.0I had a very positive customer experience at the Kihei, Maui Goodyear location. Elsie and Malia gave excellent customer care! I planned to drop off my car for brake work, expecting that brake pads would have to be replaced. Malia got all the preparatory paperwork completed for me and did it with great customer care. Then store manager Elsie asked me a few qualifying questions to try to understand what to have her mechanics look for. She explained that the symptoms I described didn’t guarantee that new brakes pads would be needed. I was impressed with her honesty! Then a mechanic looked at my brakes and gave Elsie the good news that no work needed to be done. There was no attempt to “upsell” me. I could not be happier with my experience there and will continue to do business with them with a deep sense of trust that they will tell me the truth about the proper service my vehicles need. #grateful

The folks at Goodyear in Kihei treated her so nice and quickly addressed the issues. We were able to drive away knowing that my mom is safe to drive because her vehicle is in good hands with Goodyear. Highly recommend this shop
