    What a terrible experience! Our car was booked for 12pm pick up on a Saturday. We arrive at 12:04 and are told by the woman working that desk next to enterprise that they close at 12 & the Jared left for the day. Why would you not give me a heads up that even though our reservation is for 12pm you aren’t planning to be there? On our honeymoon and really needed the car for the day’s plans. Thankfully Kihei rental cars saved the day. Definitely don’t recommend this enterprise location! When we called we got an auto message letting us know they’re gone for the day. No way to get anyone on the line. There was also a gentleman behind us trying to return his car and was also confused and left to figure things out on his own. 0/10

    Booked a car a month in advance. The day of our reservation, we checked in successfully and then was told there was no car available and to check through orbitz for reservations at other companies (which at that point, a last minute reservation would cost a couple thousand more).

    Great choice of cars. Simple service and process for pick up. And equally for drop off.. Just hand the keys to valet with a full tank

    No one answers phone during business hours. Couldn’t leave a voicemail to receive callback the line just hangs up after stating the caller could leave name and phone number
