We were visiting the Hilo Zoo during our vacation when we suddenly realized our son couldn’t get out of the car — he had somehow gotten stuck in his seatbelt, which wouldn’t retract or release properly. Thankfully, we found Carss on Google after reading their glowing reviews. The moment we pulled into Carss' parking lot, we knew we were in the right place. Two mechanics greeted us with smiles and immediately came to help. They carefully assessed the situation, tried a few approaches, and skillfully freed the seatbelt. Throughout the entire process, they were gentle and reassuring with our son, bringing such a sense of calm to what had been a very stressful moment. They truly turned what could have been a disastrous situation into a beautiful experience of aloha for our family. And to top it all off, they declined any payment, even though we were more than willing to pay. Their help came purely from kindness, and it deeply touched us. Another customer there told us they are wonderful people — and we agree 1000%. Thanks again!
