- BMBig MarvNov 11, 20251.0Terrible Terrible service!! I walked in the office and no one was here. I waited about 15 minutes and then a lady came out and said someone will be right with me. Then one of the two employees that was sitting down on the side of the building when I pulled up, finally got up and helped me. The employee stated to me the gas tank isn't full but if you return it at 3/4 you will be good. Wrong!! I returned the truck a little above 3/4 and I only drove a Grand Total of 26 miles and they still charged me for 10 Gallons of diesel at $10 per gallon to fill the tank all the way up. I am highly disappointed in Penske and the unprofessional employees. I will not be returning to Penske after this terrible Service.
