  I had an appointment today at 10:00am for an oil change, and this was by far the most disappointing service experience I’ve had. When I arrived, no one greeted or acknowledged me for about 15 minutes. Once my car was finally checked in, I specifically asked that all fluids be topped off and that my battery be tested. They told me it would take about 2 hours and that they would call me with an update about the battery. 4 hours went by with no communication, so I called myself and was told they were waiting on a filter delivery. No one ever reached out to inform me of that delay. 5 hours later, I finally got a call saying my car was ready. When I came to pick it up, again, the 3 employees at the counter didn’t greet me, thank me, or explain anything about my car — not even whether my battery had been checked. They simply charged me and handed me my keys. To make matters worse, when I got back in my car, I noticed my center console had been opened and my belongings had been moved around — with no explanation why anyone needed to go through it. They also forgot to place a mileage sticker on my windshield. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for my vehicle was unacceptable. I will not be returning to Goodyear after this experience.

  Pointless to make an appointment. Two days in a row, I made an oil change appointment only to be told when I showed up that my wait would be over two hours. Just go to Oil Changers to get your oil changed.

  I’ve had three vehicles serviced and inspected here over the last couple months and can report ZERO issues with the quality and service I have received so far. No problems at all!!! With that being said I will continue to use this location and thanks to them for the help!

  I scheduled a vehicle inspection appointment a week in advance and received a voicemail the day of asking if I could arrive earlier. The message noted that if I couldn’t, it was no problem and they'd still see me at the scheduled time. I was unable to come early but arrived 15 minutes ahead of my appointment. Despite this, I was turned away and told they had stopped doing inspections at 3:00 PM — even though they had confirmed my appointment just hours earlier. When I questioned this, I was told they might be able to fit me in sometime over a three-hour window, and that the inspection would take roughly an hour. We were met with an array of excuses as to why they can’t inspect our car at the scheduled time. We couldn’t leave the facility and come back at a scheduled time, because they couldn’t give us a set time. They gave us the excuse of only having one inspection person because another called out that morning. Despite this, they kept accepting other appointments day of, disregarding scheduled appointments. We needed to get this done, as we had an appointment for registration the next day. When the vehicle was eventually inspected, it took less than five minutes. Upon returning later to receive the inspection sticker, I was told I would have to wait again so the vehicle could be re-inspected before the final sticker was issued — causing more delays for something as simple as receiving a sticker. I understand they get working on cars and busy, but the fact is they disrespected my time, lied, went back on their words, and didn’t prioritize a customer when they could have taken 5 mins to get it done and get us out. This experience highlighted serious issues with scheduling, internal communication, time management, and total disregard for customers’ time. It’s clear from other customer reviews that this is not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, the business does not appear to be taking meaningful steps to resolve these ongoing problems. I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking reliable or professional service.
