  他の方の口コミをみると、aulaniで借りて営業時間外にバレーパーキングに返すと書いてありますが、予約ページは13時過ぎたら次の日を選ばないとならないです。実際はどうなんですか？朝10時に借りてその日の夜22時に返したいときはどうすれば良いでしょうか？

  Enterprise at Aulani closes at 1pm with no support at all after 1pm. I tried to call the other number provided. They were unable to assist in the slightest. My contract said the vehicle had 21.9 gallons at pickup. The vehicle does not have a gauge for gallons. I asked if they would refund if I overfilled which they would not. I also asked for the damage waiver, which the man at the counter did not add. I asked them to add it. They refused. Luckily I didnt need it. I asked how to call someone. They told me they're closed. They just kept repeating their script over and over and refused assistance. They repeated their script over me and hung up on me. I absolutely don't recommend. Use with caution!

  Rented a car at the Aulani location. Noticed when I picked up the car that it was 3/4 of the way full with gas. Found that odd as usually they fill it and require you to return it the same way. I took a picture before leaving, time stamped thankfully. When I returned the car I mentioned that it was only 3/4 of the way full when I got it and that I returned it to that amount and showed the picture. Attendant reassured me it was fine and I wouldn’t be charged. Later I received a bill where I was charged to fill 3/4 of a tank (even with only 1/4) remaining. I called the office where I was told I needed to send the photo to an email that bounced back. I tried to call back and my call was never answered. We were staying near by so walked over where the women (12/30) was working. Basically feels like a scam where they hope people don’t notice and can add an additional fuel charge on and I was definitely pushed off when I tried to show what was initially an assumed error. Just sharing so people are aware.
