  Ausumm . I got a free battery because it was under warranty and they even helped me put it in .I think his name was Johnathan. Great customer service and warranty.

  Jonathan at Kapaa Autozone went above and beyond to help me,friendly caring costumer service-thank you very much-you helped me with the product I needed and assisted me at my car-you made me feel so welcome!! 3/4-Today Alex helped me purchase an air inflator and he added air to all of of my tires-thank you Alex!!!

  Amazing service!! I went in after visiting my car repair shop on several occasions with them giving me no answers as to why my car wouldn’t start. I was so frustrated and was recommended to try Auto Zone to test my alternator and battery, something very simple that I would have assumed my car repair shop already did. Kaipo was so sweet and immediately ran the test to find my battery was bad and needed replaced! He took me right in, found my battery and installed in my car for me. Just so eager and willing to help and I’ll be back for anything in the future! Thank you Kaipo!
