  I visited for a simple test drive, and Wes had the vehicle ready and waiting the moment I arrived. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through every feature without any rush. While we didn’t walk in planning to buy that day, Wes offered such a fair price and a hassle-free experience that we couldn't say no. This dealership is truly a hidden gem—highly recommended!

  On April.24.2026 I walked in at Jerry V windward and was approached by Kai. Kai was so welcoming right off the back he made me and my husband feel comfortable. The goal was to get into a better vehicle than what i originally had which was a Tacoma. Kai shows us around looking at variety of vehicle that we were Interested in and also test driven a few.to be honest I wanted a Big horn ram but pre-owned but as we were talking number what will fit in the budget we became flexible that is when we met Dylan.G now Dylan is remarkably he crunch the number worked within my budget and look for the best value for my trade in into another vehicle. Dylan introduce me to Hyundai Tucson it was a brand new car and I was thinking to myself a brand new vehicle that is not pre-owned. Dylan crunch the number gave a few options I was going to walk away but as he work with me and my husband we came to conclusion. We left in a brand new vehicle this was our first ever new vehicle we owned which made it special but bitter sweet to say goodbye to our old truck. I may not have gotten the Ram but I gotten something that is more valuable a brand new car that is reliable good on gas very spacious for my family it checks all the box’s. I truly want to thank Kai and Dylan for their customer service going over and beyond staying late pass closing time working with me and my Ohana. That same day we left in our brand new car. Kai and Dylan if you see this Thank you so much. For anyone who looking to buy or trade in your vehicle go see Kai and Dylan they truly work with you and no judgement. I understand talking finances can be uncomfortable but just be open and honest and Dylan and Kai will do what they can for your family.

  My Hyundai SUV overheated and had to be towed in for analysis and repair. I depend on the daily use of the car for work. Windward Hyundai was able to have the problem identified and repaired in less than 24 hours!! The Service Assistant Manager, Samantha, made me feel valued! She coordinated receiving the tow and kept me informed of the progress throughout. They absolutely made my day!

  When we came from Tony Hyundai to Windward Jerry V, I was already on edge as it felt like Tony Hyundai was a hostage situation trying to sell us a car we didn’t need. However, as we got a chance to work with the team at Jerry V—including Flo, Michael, Grace, and Quentin—it truly felt like a warm and safe blanket calming my nerves. It was as if my fight or flight disarmed and my trauma from Tony Hyundai started to heal. I’ve always heard Jerry V’s ads on the radio, but never really considered them as they didn’t have much of a physical/visual presence over the years. What REALLY pushed us to give them a try was Tony Hyundai trying to convince us not to go to Jerry V. It ended up being the best decision we ever made. Tony Hyundai is right to see Jerry V as a competitor as they are everything Tony Hyundai is not. We never felt pressured to make a purchase on a car if we weren’t ready. Michael even walked us through how the negotiating process worked. Flo was honest with us and advised we would make more money selling our car via private party instead of a trade-in. Grace treated us with kindness and patience. Choosing a car is a lengthy process, especially if it is the car you will be using in the newest chapter of your life. For us, we wanted a car that we could grow into as our family grows.

  I wish I could give zero stars. I scheduled my appointment two days in advance and specifically communicated that I could not stay past 1PM — I had to pick up my child from school. I was assured it would be noted. I arrived 15 minutes early. Four employees saw me standing there and not one offered to help. I had to use the self-service kiosk myself. I confirmed my phone number with them so they could call when my car was ready, then headed to the mall with my two babies to wait. 12:30 came and went with no call. I walked back to the shop and found my car exactly where I left it — behind the same car from when I first arrived. My gut told me they hadn’t touched it, and I was right. A different employee at the window told me they were “probably backed up.” If that’s the case, why was I never called? I was at the mall with two small children waiting on a car that hadn’t moved. The bare minimum would have been a phone call. No communication. No customer service. Employees visibly on their phones while customers stood waiting for acknowledgment. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. Go somewhere that actually values your time.
