They’ve always been kind, caring and fair in their customer service, as well as guiding me in the right direction and explaining things so that I can understand the situation. They tend to get super busy! With long lines, but in all my personal experiences, they always get the job done well. Their manager is top notch! Idk her name but she’s on it! Mahalo!

The boys running the shop are a bit kolohe, but incredibly professional and fast! My tires were a little low on air and to my surprise they filled them without me asking or an additional charge. Oil change was around $120

They manager (pluslyn) came up to me and kindly asked me what kind of service I was needing and she offered me a few packages to choose from , at the same time the team was already in action checking everything and since it was only me there the entire crew even the uncle who does all the safety checks (didn’t get his name) was getting in on some action by asking me how much air I usually put in my tires . They were slow that morning due to heavy rains so they all worked together as a team to get the job done not only quick but doubled checked to make sure everything was done right and working properly. Good job team Kaneohe. I’ve been coming here for a few years already and highly recommend them
