  I recently went here for an oil change after having had a bad experience with Lex Brodie and Jiffy Lube. I didn’t have high hopes however their customer service was incredible. Booking the appointment was easy and checking in took about 35 seconds because they had the paperwork already printed up and ready to go. I sent the receipt to the controller at my work since it’s a company car and he commented on what a good price it was so not only did I get stellar service but I got it at a great price. I’m almost afraid to recommend them because I don’t want them to get slammed with work however I feel like they should be applauded for the great work that they did.

  My Mercedes was having a bit of the 'wobbles' as I explained this to the professional young lady at the main desk, she pulled in her manager Thomas, who personally worked with me through the repair, amazing service and experience! I can't recommend this location enough, but they are led by a seasoned and wise vet in Thomas who won't 'steer' you wrong :) Mahalo Nui Thomas! I'll be back and you have my Ohana's full trust!!!

  Really great experience and friendly service. Had to drive to Wahiawa with my kids and our tires were super low/flat. Pulled in to ask if we could just get a little bit of air and Sam quickly took us in and topped up the air for us no problem. Really appreciate it!
