  UPDATE ON MY REVIEW BELOW: They accepted full responsibility and repaired our truck as promised. Therefore I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars. In addition we were assured they were going to implement new safety procedures so this never happens again. Noone likes to post poor reviews but for safety reasons I feel this is important. My husband brought in our 2023 dodge ram in for a recall issue along with a oil change and to rotate the tires. This took a couple days and once it was ready we picked it up. Everything seemed fine. As my husband was driving home he felt the truck was driving funny but thought it was because they rotated the tires. 45 minutes later he started to hear a strange sound and decided to pull over and check it out. Thank God he did because there was only 1 lug nut barley holding the back tire on. The breaks were leaking due to the rubbing. Their is much damage. He immediately called the dealership and they sent a tow truck and the driver got under the truck and found more damage. The truck is now at the dealership and they claim they will repair everything. Thank God the tire didnt come off and caused a wreck, possibly killing Nakoa or someone else on the road. This truck is his work truck, the dealership did give us a loaner car but not having the truck is slowing down his work. My husband will also be writing a review and posting the pictures of the ruined rim, brakes leaking etc. Safety should be the number one priority of any business. How did they not notice there was only one lug nut and it wasnt even tight? The lesson, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CAR OR TRUCK BEFORE you drive off this dealership. I will be updating once our truck is repaired to review how they handled this mess. T Prejean

  Tianna, Weston and Don were awesome to work with. 27 dollars down an no pressure just easy breezy friendly service. Shared what I wanted looked at a few then test drive and was taking home the car detailed and a full tank of gas. I’m sure I’m not the only happy customer!

  This my second time coming here and then again nothing but awesome service. I referred my Daughter and she was Blessed as well. She brought her friend and she was also blessed. Telling you if you need a car, these guys will do what ever in their power to make sure you get the right assistance and very determine to make sure you leave with something. They are very patient and their understanding is beyond me. They listen and is very empathetic. I left bk in 2020 with a 2017 Mazda CX5 with about 24,000 miles, car is beautiful , loved it and still do. It’s done right by me ever since as well Windward City has. Any question even if it seems to be a dumb question, no worries they got you. Today I left with 2025 Hundai Santa Cruz with only 5,000 miles on it!!!! Practically still New. They will work with you, and yes in my case I got lucky with only $7.00 down TYJ!!!! I would love to give an outstanding gratitude. Appreciation, Love and a Huge MAHALOZ TO ALL OF THEM THERE!!!! Especially Braddah Man Jonah!!! He was sooo great!!! Please hit him up, he the only guy that look like Roman from Kalohe Kai 💯🤣🤜🏽🤛🏽 and Braddah Ashton, who was also great and super funny!!! Thank you for Blessing me and Hope for a better future with this. This means a lot 🙏🏽🥰 TY again Windward City Dodge and Hundai. This Began with My Braddah Dave who first helped me with my Mazda , glad to hear he is now up there with the company.

  The best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Weston was awesome and very welcoming. He was also patient and accommodating when it came to me selecting the exact vehicle I wanted. After looking at multiple vehicles I finally found THE ONE. The process afterward was so quick and easy, I didn’t lift one finger. Donny assisted with the financials part of it and he was such a joy to work with. My overall experience was great. I highly recommend everyone to go to Windward Dodge for your vehicle needs. You won’t regret it.
