  I have been a customer at Windward Jeep since 2010, but will be looking to do business elsewhere moving forward. The increase in cost and the noticeable difference in customer service does not justify the price. I paid $201+ dollars on an oil change and tire rotation (with a discount) on 5 January. Same service, same location in 2021 I paid $63 dollars. This is an increase of 219% in 4 years. That’s a 54% increase year over year while customer service and wait times are considerably different and not for the better. In Florida, 2022 a three Mopar oil change was $182.00. I mentioned the oil change package with service advisor in the hopes of getting a new package, and was given no information. He immediately jumped to 90,000 mile service sale pitch while my jeep is at 82,000 with recent 80,000 mile service. I respectfully declined. Another big difference that I was not aware of is that the “express” oil change lane is no longer an express. When I asked about the long wait I was told there is only one service technician for oil changes and that I should schedule online. Had I been aware of how long service was going to be, it would have helped me make a better decision regarding service. The difference in service and cost from 2021 to 2026 was very noticeable. When I first started going to Winward Jeep, there was a Service Representative by the name of Lei who would go out of her way to take care of you as a customer. Always engaging and constantly communicating. I never left disappointed or felt that I got a bad price on anything. 16 years later and I am considering going elsewhere. If I am getting charged more, shouldn’t customer service be the same or better?

  Made an appointment for recall and warranty work. Everything seemed like it was good and the service writer was polite. I arrived 30min early to allow for plenty of check in time; that's when the hammer dropped. They told me they were not accepting any more Jeeps for the recall work and have no loners. On top of that, they said that they couldn't even take the photos for the warranty work and send them to Jeep because one particular employee left recently. Why on earth did your service writer make the appointment if you're not willing to do ANYTHING? And are you seriously going to claim that you don't have any mechanics certified and competent enough to use a camera to take pictures of large amounts of corrosion? Maybe you're in the wrong line of business...

  2nd time is the Charm! To be honest my first experience here wasn’t that great, however after reaching out to Alfredo, I brought my car in get serviced for recalls and tire issues and was very happy. Originally quoted that it could take up 5-6 hours. They were able to finish it in four. They’re a little bit hard to reach but they do stand by providing good service. Thanks again!

  Vincent was not familiar with my PHEV. He couldn’t readily find the 12v battery. Instead, the first compartment he opened was to the Hybrid battery. Eventually, he found the 12v battery in the left panel in the cargo area. After changing the 12v battery the lights turned on but nothing else worked. I had to tow it to the Dodge dealership the next day. The tech checked the electrical system. He said that someone had reattached the plugs/pins on the hybrid battery to the wrong modules, giving rise to the electrical issue we experienced. The repair costs was almost $600. A hard lesson learned. Vincent and other techs should receive more training about EV vehicles to avoid possible electrocution. Other than that Vincent did a good job.
