  I have always had such a good experience with them & all their workers are so very nice, I have been going to them at least 15yrs & I have no complaints, they are like my family & they call me Aunty, I Love Them All.

  I would like to thank the staff at the parts department, a gentleman named Israel was extremely helpful even though I called 3 minutes before closing. Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.

  I arrived early. The guy who helped me was William. We called weeks ahead and we told them what we wanted and the woman on the phone gave us a quote and when I arrived on the scheduled day, the guy William told me there was a package for oil change and tire Ro. He quoted 100 dollars more than what we spoke about and what we needed done. Later on I asked him what’s in the package deal thing you offered, he then said oh it’s not really a package, I was like what? This guy. Then why even offer it? He said they don’t do liquids and whatever else Smh then the service took about closer to 4hours he said it would be 2-3hrs. I didn’t get a call back so when I went to his little work station he said he still wasn’t done with the paperwork. Then I tried to pay cash he told me he didn’t have charge and you can use your charge card. I said what? Someone else came into the little work area and William told the guy we don’t have change in the cashbox. That was getting me pissed off so I told him, this is a professional business right? Go get change I’ll wait. He didn’t look too happy but Honestly, It looked like he was new I’m guessing. Anyways. I know that’s not how you guys conduct business with the bait and switch tactics BS and there were about 4 or 5 other employees standing in that area not sure if they were just coming on? But yeah. The experience wasn’t that good for me. Real talk. Maybe can improve on the information given to the service guy let it be consistent with what the customer asked for. Made me feel like I had to pay 235 verses what I asked for which was 130. And to also have cash box ready. That is BS. The guy was telling me I had to use my card I said no, you go get it I’ll wait

  This dealership is a perfect example of make money and forget the customer. After they make the sale good luck getting in touch with them. There is a reason they aren’t on the BBB and everyone complains about customer service. I don’t know how a company is in service making money when they have 0 customer service. Please any one who reads this don’t ever come here. You get what you pay for and you’ll figure it out with this dealership
