  Need a car? I highly recommend trying to get one through this dealership! From start to finish Keanu was amazing! What Anu and the crew here did for my mama and I to get a car, was rare and way beyond our expectations!! Very impressive! We had nothing to offer, but yet that didn't stop them to help us get a car.   Originally went for my cousin to find her a newer and more reliable car. Ended up leaving with a new car for me as well thanks to a deal I could not refuse. Weston and Dylan provided excellent customer service and care for both of us. Mahalo Windward LLC.

  I had a great car-buying experience at Windward Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and way less stressful than I expected. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. I felt taken care of from start to finish and drove off confident in my purchase. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy, straightforward car-buying experience!

  Great customer service all through the line! Call the line and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist. The day of service was also great! Was served by William and he told my the time needed to inspect my recall (2nd Row Headrest) go it done within an hour! Jerry V customer service was always great and the after service didnt fail too! After buying a Hyundai from JV and having my Jeep Grand Cherokee L worked on with Windward Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram, I must say JV will be my go to for vehicle purchase from here on! Just loved how they take care of their customers! From pre-sales to sales and after sales services, they had been nothing but great! Awesome job guys! Keep it up!

  I have been a customer at Windward Jeep since 2010, but will be looking to do business elsewhere moving forward. The increase in cost and the noticeable difference in customer service does not justify the price. I paid $201+ dollars on an oil change and tire rotation (with a discount) on 5 January. Same service, same location in 2021 I paid $63 dollars. This is an increase of 219% in 4 years. That’s a 54% increase year over year while customer service and wait times are considerably different and not for the better. In Florida, 2022 a three Mopar oil change was $182.00. I mentioned the oil change package with service advisor in the hopes of getting a new package, and was given no information. He immediately jumped to 90,000 mile service sale pitch while my jeep is at 82,000 with recent 80,000 mile service. I respectfully declined. Another big difference that I was not aware of is that the “express” oil change lane is no longer an express. When I asked about the long wait I was told there is only one service technician for oil changes and that I should schedule online. Had I been aware of how long service was going to be, it would have helped me make a better decision regarding service. The difference in service and cost from 2021 to 2026 was very noticeable. When I first started going to Winward Jeep, there was a Service Representative by the name of Lei who would go out of her way to take care of you as a customer. Always engaging and constantly communicating. I never left disappointed or felt that I got a bad price on anything. 16 years later and I am considering going elsewhere. If I am getting charged more, shouldn’t customer service be the same or better?
