- TTTawni TrankelApr 21, 20261.0Just want to put a warning here for people. Take a video of the car you are renting. Take pictures of any damages… I did not but was lucky my man did! These guys try to blame me for a big ding on the front bumper. The girl just very good about repeating that any damage on the bumper or front doesn’t matter to them so I wasn’t vigilant. Anyways just want to say I was very greatful I had my man looking out for me and he was smart enough to take a video and pictures … they didn’t even apologize for blaming us for damage we did not do. Best part was we had the car for 2 days. But I can say they were friendly. Just don’t take nice smiles as kindness! I trusted too easily. And I couldn’t let this go… it worries me they could be go after elderly customers and taking advantage.

They don’t keep the cars on site so they have to drive 12-15 minutes each way to pick up a vehicle for you….you end up waiting at LEAST 30 minutes not including paperwork and that’s if no one else is waiting also. This happened with a reservation and we were not given a heads up to plan for a long process (very late to work).

I reserved and asked for a pickup and when we arrived at the rental office, since the vehicle i reserved was not ready yet they upgraded to a mini van at no additional cost, instead of having me wait for the vehicle I originally selected. Mahalo. If your are in Kailua this is a great place to rent your next car!
