  Ordered tires online, setup an appointment online.... showed up and the tires weren't available and had to be shipped in. The guy at the counter said he would try to price match me for a set they had at the shop, for an additional $300. No, I've already paid online im not giving you another $300. Called 2 weeks later to see if they knew when the tires would be in and was told they would call me the next day with info. Never called and then a week later received an email saying my order was cancelled and the tires weren't available. So waited 3 weeks and have to start calling around again.

  Good Year is awesome, the staff are always friendly and informative to any of your mechanical needs. Phone service is quick and efficient. I had my sedan looked at from another auto shop and was way overcharged and quoted an extra expensive repair after their diagnosis. Once good year took a look at my car, I’ve gotten the best news quickly that my car was an easy fixed and I was charged reasonably in a not stressful way. I may have found my favorite auto repair shop now.

  Dropped my car off at 12pm today 4/23/2026 expecting it to be done by the time I got off of work. Since I didn’t get a call, I called the store at 5pm & spoke to Thomas. Well, I was told that my car wouldn’t be done until the next morning. I got very upset & explained that I live far & got no ride to get back home. Longer story short, I was put on hold & Thomas came back on the line & said it’s going to get worked on this evening. I’m giving 5 stars to Thomas & the mechanic (& the manager) for going above and beyond & taking the time in getting my vehicle back to me. 0 stars to Tony & the other guy for not being communicative. They didn’t let Thomas or I know the situation with my car before they both had to leave for the day. Communication guys, it’s not that hard. & to Tony, the other day I asked you if could use a lug nut that’s holding my spare tire & you said couldn’t because it’s different but guess what? The mechanic did!

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. I first called to check if they had a tire in stock for my vehicle. They didn’t, but said they could get one within a week, so I agreed. A week later, I called again and was told the tire had arrived. I came in the next day, only to be told, after the fact, that everything is by appointment only. That would have been helpful to mention during my call the day before. The soonest appointment available was three days later, so I scheduled it. When I returned for my appointment first thing in the morning, I was told it would still be at least a two-hour wait for just one tire. I had my 2-year-old with me, and the waiting area was unacceptable, dirty counters and chairs, an overflowing trash can with ants, and an empty, dirty Keurig. The bathroom was even worse: no paper towels, toilet paper that appeared to have been dropped in water or worse, urine on the toilet, heavy dust, and a strong odor of urine. It was not a safe or clean environment for customers, especially with children. About an hour after my appointment time, I received a call saying they couldn’t install just one tire because it would “mess up my brake system” and that I needed to purchase two. The quote was extremely high, and since I wasn’t prepared for that expense, I asked if they could at least mount the tire on the rim so I could handle the rest elsewhere. After putting me on hold, I was told mounting the tire would be fine and it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I returned, nothing had been done. My damaged tire was still on the rim. The employee I spoke with was very rude and said they refused to mount the tire at all because there was a chance I might install it myself. I explained that I live in Ocean View and planned to get a second tire there when I had the funds, but instead of working with me, they questioned me and implied I was being dishonest about not installing the tire immediately. When I tried to clarify, since I had already been told it was okay, he became dismissive and said there was no reason to continue the conversation. This entire experience was unprofessional, inconsistent, and frustrating from start to finish. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
