  Called gerbers to get an estimated, they wanted to charge $100 for a piece of paper. I dont need paper just send it for free by pdf.

  I used this body shop to repair my 50 k Tesla. The staff members, specifically Rissa , was very rude and unreasonable. They are discriminating people base on their accent and "mainlander" status; they are racists .It took them forever to get thing done, however they don't care because on the island people have nowhere to go. So Risa stated ," I don't care .Go somewhere else to fix your car, If you don't like us". It took them 2 weeks to do the simple car estimate .They are misleading people with 'Good reviews" written by chosen customers. They are short of staff because they are cutting salary for specialists; however they don't care because of their monopoly status on small island. I would rather pay extra money to ship my care to somewhere else ;I am not coming back to this shop.

  Big thanks to Len and his team for the body work on my Wife’s 2007 Camry, also thanks Linnel at the front desk for your professional coordination with the call backs and Rental car. Changing the front bumper cover, headlights and repairing the hood was done perfectly and the extras such as taking care of the check engine light, airing up the tires and the best inside and outside Detailing this Island offers. The work was done very professionally, under budget and ahead of schedule.

  Beyond amazing with their customer service and genuine care!!! I was in a car accident whereby a huge truck backed into my car as I was exiting a parking lot. The damage was major and from the minute that Dale and Rissa took over the evaluation of my car, they treated us like family! They helped us with the claim filing for the insurance companies, took photos and gave us sound advice about the repair to the car. I could not recommend them more highly for their professionalism and expertise.
