- LMLance Merriner5 days ago3.0Kona International is a chaotic pickup zone for all rental companies. The airport has no signage / specified Enterprise area for transport to Enterprise Rental Office.

- JCJessica CorderoApr 26, 20265.0We did everything online beforehand and when we arrived off the shuttle a very helpful and friendly young lady approached us with an iPad and got us in our jeep and on the road within 10 minutes or less! Dropping off was just as quick and easy. We simply pulled in, were offered different options as to how we wanted our receipt, left the keys in the rental and got on our shuttle to the airport with is conveniently right next to the drop off location.

Rates are slightly higher than some of the other companies, but it’s more than worth it. Shuttles are quick, and there is little to no wait to pick up your car. The representative did not try to hard sell us on the extra insurance or fuel. No surprise costs on return, and was quickly on the shuttle.

I arrived April 2nd at 6 am from Las Vegas exhausted from my long flight but Shrue was able to make the process of renting a car quick and smooth. As a customer, I was impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained options clearly, and completed the job efficiently and with high quality. Communication was excellent throughout — timely updates and respectful, friendly interaction. The final result exceeded my expectations and showed real skill and pride in her work. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a car rental. And look for Shrue.
