  We arrived after a long flight from New York and were greeted by a very long line at the car rental counter due to a technical issue. The staff had to process everything manually, so the line was moving quite slowly. That said, the team handled the situation professionally and stayed calm under pressure. In the end, they upgraded my reservation to a convertible — which, honestly, is exactly what you want to drive in Hawaii! They also provided a complimentary full tank of fuel, which was a very generous gesture. I really appreciate how they managed the crisis and took care of their customers despite the challenges. When returning the car, I also noticed they have an impressive fleet — mostly BMW and Mercedes, which speaks to the quality they offer. Overall, a great experience. I will definitely rent from this location again!

  I have been to many locations and other competitors. The wait was short and the process was easy, but what really makes it a 5 star was Shiloh. He gave recommendations of the island and helped this trip become fantastic. I will be switching my business to Sixt from others I have used in the past.

  We had not rented a vehicle from Sixt before. They offered the best price on a BMW convertible! So, we took the chance. WOW! what a great company to work with. Very professional and a quality fleet of vehicles. We will definitely be repeat customers.

  Overall very satisfied with my rental experience. However, we now would like to extend our reservation booking by half a day, and when I tried to do it online, the Sixt website says I need to pay an additional $3700 for that half-day extension. I’ve been on the phone with 2 customer support specialists for one hour, and nobody was able to help me resolve it. The Branch is also not picking up phone. I’m stuck with the situation where I have to pay $3700 to extend my booking for half a day.

Havalimanı'ndan servis ile sizi alıp 15 dakika mesafedeki ofislerine götürüyorlar,bu hizmet ücretsiz.Sixt dünya çapında bir firma olduğu için güvenilir ve arabaları yeni.Şunu unutmayın;Hawaii adalarında karşınıza çıkan her şey en az iki kat daha pahalı olacak :) Doğal olarak araç kiralama ücretleri de :) Aracınızı teslim aldığınız an aracı video ile kayıt altına alın detaylı bir şekilde.Teslim ederken de yakıt göstergesi,kilometre ve tekrar aracınızı teslim ettiğiniz şekli ile video kayıt yapın. Depoyu dolu teslim etmeyi unutmayın.Gereksiz extra sigorta almayın,sadece aracı koruma altına alın yeter. Personel bilgili güler yüzlü ve yardımsever bu nedenle kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bu adada iki tane havalimanı var dolayısıyla doğru havalimanından araba kiraladığınıza emin olun.Buradan aracımızı teslim eden ofis çalışanı bayan Mahalo'ya özel teşekkürlerimi iletmek istiyorum,kendisi bizimle çok ilgilendi ve çok iyi hizmet verdi.
