It was more than just body work trouble shooting the problems. We were very happy with the work that Kraftsman auto body did for our BMW. I was impressed with the way they communicated with us throughout the experience.
- MNMoa NoperaFeb 23, 20265.0Kraftsman did a great job. They repaired the front bumper and headlamp plus all the other little parts behind the bumper of my truck. Kraftsman AutoBody was suggested through my insurance company as a body repair company they’ve vetted and worked with often. The process was seamless and I would highly suggest doing this process. The damage wasn’t too severe so I was still able to drive around. Kamaki was my estimator, he was fast and accurate. This occurred around Christmas so the timing couldn’t be worse however Kraftsman allowed me flexibility to use my truck (although parts were in) for work until a time I could bring it in to be repaired. When I dropped my truck at their shop, they partner with Enterprise so a rep was waiting there with my rental. I was back on the road in no time! The repair took a little longer than estimated but they kept me informed throughout the process, the ladies in the front office were great! There was a slight setback but Tim kept me in the loop, was honest and brought a timely solution to the problem. The team had my truck cleaned inside and out when I picked it up, the workmanship was clean, I was very happy with their service. They took care of the rental, I parked my rental next to my truck, unloaded my gear back into my truck and drove off, they took care of the rest. Great experience!

Front desk personnel are courteous, friendly, and prompt. Daily text communications about the repair progress assured me. Friendly and informative phone calls regarding a small delay (out of their control) were appreciated. And the quality of the work was perfect. Highly recommend Kraftsman! One of the best business I've ever worked with.
