I was in a time crunch and the person on the phone said they could fix my tire right away, but moments later I was told it would be 90 minutes. The person who said it would be right away made no acknowledgement of misleading me. I did get my tire fixed though so hopefully the tires are better quality than the rest of their business.

I spoke with 3 different staff members during my experience And all were friendly and professional. The staff members explained the options for tires and didn’t at all try to “up-sell” me. Good businesses are hard to find these days so wanted to give credit where credit is due. Keep up the great work!

- LKLancer KeelingAug 8, 20255.0I needed a tire fir my car. They had it in stock surprised I said let's do it. Took about thirty minutes sure no problem. I'm driving home I get out and look at my new tire and it was almost flat. So I changed it and drove back. The very nice and apologetic man at the counter notices the valve stem was old and cracked them explained to me it should have been changed out. So they tool care of that and I never had a problem since. I understand things happen when tire techs have a line of people waiting. Mahalo for taking care of me.
