    We rent from the Luhia St. location in Kona for 6-8 weeks every year. The entire team there is always very helpful, the vehicles are always in great shape, the cost is reasonable and I can always easily reach them by phone with any questions or issues. Thanks so much!

    Why offer a pre-check if it doesn’t save any time? I’m giving this location 3 stars because the actual vehicle was fine, but the clerk and process was a total letdown. As I usually do, I completed the pre-check via the app to ensure a smooth, "grab-and-go" experience. However, upon arrival, the check-in seemed to mean nothing. I was required to provide every single piece of information all over again at the counter. I have never experienced this at any other Enterprise location. It begs the question: why ask customers to pre-check if the system isn’t going to talk to the branch? It was a complete waste of time. To make matters worse, I asked about the courtesy drop-off service - which is clearly mentioned on the website - but the staff seemed completely unaware that it even existed. Get your stuff together and sync your digital check-ins with your physical locations please.

    Best Experience EVER! I booked a compact car for my wife’s 40th bday weekend. She really wanted a jeep wrangler but it was really expensive and it was also sold out at the airport location. So i booked the compact car 7 miles away from the airport. Maddie helped us and she was very nice and accommodating. Up to our surprise, she pulled up a white jeep wrangler and gave us a complimentary upgrade! My wife cried out of joy and i was too. The way Enterprise made my wife’s birthday was truly awesome and made us feel like a family. I’m an Enterprise fan forever! Again, thank you Enterprise for valuing experience, memories, and special occasions over business.

    My flight was delayed and I didn’t want to lose the car, and I couldn’t reach then. The enterprise escalations team contacted them to have them call me back 6 times and they would not call me back. And I have status on emerald.
