First time experiencing something like this with a rental car. And we were lucky that this happened at our Hilo hotel and not one of the remote places we visited on the island. We had to call roadside service and were charged extra for that! Enterprise counter in Hilo airport did a great job of swapping the car for a different one but still wasn't a good experience
