Having purchased an Innova SDS50-Tech from Hilo, Hawaii with Military Discount (10% Off, Thankfully) which worked for Basic OBDCII Analysis, but further/OEM-specific Diagnostics from the Work Shop - yielded All attempted from the Work Shop stated my vehicle (a 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.6L V6) is not supported; so I 'upgraded' to the More Expensive Pro Model 7111 at the Kona, Hawaii AutoZone - for the tending Associate Jason to subsequently inform me: 1) I was NOT entitled to Military Discount without ID (even though I was wearing my US Marine Corps shirt, and though I'm in their database as purchased MULTIPLE Parts with Military Discount from Hilo, Hawaii; further, the Associate Jason walked back to the rack behind the Counter, ripped off the Non-Military Discount Tag plainly advertising the reduced the price down about $40ish, the 'promotion' was 'Discontinued last week down about $40 bucks and I needed to pay FULL Price. Needing the Innova OBDCII 7111 to expect Pro-level Analysis & Isolation + other features I accepted; he went back into stock and brought me a package that was Clearly Evidently USED - stating it's New because it was pulled from a secured cage. I got it Home, photographed ALL compromises to the package, opened the box to find NO Instructions, No Charging Cable, NO New plastic covering on the Operating Panel with Fingerprints all over the lens and Grease on the casing +++ someone's Email Address in the Settings. Brought BOTH Units back, even Selling Associate Jason 'joined in' with my now tending Associate Nera - explaining to both him and her that it was not correct to claim and transact Full Price for a Used OBDCII unit, when they should have at least offer a Discount for the visibly Used unit - for Associate Nera for me to: 1) query me if I was Returning BOTH, and 2) inform me that Both units are to be placed in Damaged Returns despite proving a NON-compromised Orignal Package/Tool, which is a Non-supervised demonstration of Waste for the Company AutoZone. I DID agree to and receive BOTH Refunds, but will NEVER accept a compromised package represented by Associates to be New ever again; won't be buying from Kona AutoZone in the future, so it's back to O'Reilly's or Amazon to cut out the flagrant waste and taking advantage of trusting Customers. Save yourself some wasted time & travel and SKIP Kona, Hawaii autoZone if you want 'guaranteed "New" parts...

Was looking for a specific bolt larger than what was stocked in the rotating hardware rack. Ryland came up with a custom solution; an oil pan plug that fit perfect. Tara led me to the right spot and found it in a flash. Great team
