It turns out the rear windshield wiper listed in the catalogue was not compatible with my vehicle, but she knew exactly what to do because she’d helped another customer that had the same car and the same problem. She went back in the store found the part that worked and installed it. We had to mess around with switching out the fitting, but she got it done. What a delightful experience.

Terrible advice for anywhere, but we are on a lava island and so much of the pollutants here can end up in our ocean. I give 1 star to him for his poor logic and bad advice, but I give 5 stars for the manager and the other guys working who were truly helpful and caring.
