Greeting the bus driver and thanking him but didnt so much so as get a smile or nod back. Being rude to other coworkers as well. By far the worst Alamo staff we encountered. Office absolutely reeks! When you repeatedly get rude staff as your first exposure to the island.. not the best start. Car was clean and tank was full.

Had a question on the seat adjustment and was answered quickly and professionally. Check in was a breeze. Would of been nice to drop off my bags closer to the transfer van but they just kept waving me up. Overall would rent from them again. Pictures are the only faults I founf found with it.
