  Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best price available. Was offered free upgrade. Would definitely use Alamo again.

  I want to give a special shout out to Aaron who was so kind and professional while helping us rent our car for an extra day than originally planned. Thank you Aaron, this was the best rental car experience we have ever had!

  I got a van from Alamo. Lets say during the day it was good, but after dark cockroach pop out of nowhere. Me and my wife went to eat at an restaurant at night and after we were done. Came back to the car and there were cockroaches running everywhere on the carpet. Ewwwww. It just gross us all the whole time we had our car.

  Outstanding service (particularly the male manager of the site originally from NY - nicest person I ever met from NY and this is coming from a former MA resident) & incredibly helpful manager. The business was well-run, efficient, offered clean bathrooms. The manager was also sure to wish me a happy birthday (day I rented vehicle). Vehicle was nice & clean & mgr offered that a dark colored vehicle would attract sun (on Big Island of HI) so he gave great input. Positive impressions all around. TY.

  I reserved and prepaid for a rental/Jeep Wrangler for our trip to Kona end of January. Alamo has been great and this location is no different! We got to pick the Jeep Wrangler we wanted (several to choose from). I loved driving it during our Kona stay. The staff was great! The shuttle was great! The return was quick and easy. Rental price was better than the other rental car places. Great rental! Thank you Kona Alamo!
