  Overall, terrific experience. Rented a jeep for 6 days. The shuttles came quickly and the drivers were very friendly and helpful with our 3 massive bags. Check in was easy and took 2 mins, check out was even easier. Pretty much a brand new jeep - highly recommend.

  This location is very easy. In and out in minutes. Quick shuttle to the ticketing gates too.

  I bought a package to stay in Kona at the beginning and end of my trip. The package came with a car rental from another company (may or may not start with a "B") and I figured I'd give them a try. Big mistake. Unfriendly staff, unwelcoming, and they made the rental process very uncomfortable. I actually lost money (and it was worth it) to stay with Alamo because they have such great customer service. I had to reach out to Alamo twice due to a couple issues. I received a direct call from a manager both times and they rectified the situation quickly. Kamalu and Jewel were absolutely fantastic, understanding, and friendly to deal with. This was my fourth time on the island and have gone with them each time. I cannot recommend them enough. For some reason their IT can't make me an Alamo account tho. It continues to say I already have an account when I do not. Hopefully that gets fixed eventually.

  Ich würde glatt noch ein paar Sterne vergeben. Der Mietvorgang war sehr unkompliziert! Hatten, nach der Abgabe, auf der Fahrt zu Flughafen bemerkt, das die Kamera noch auf dem Rücksitz liegt. Zurück bei der Vermietung, kam sie schon mit dem Gerät in der Hand auf uns zu. Gerne wieder, wenn es sich ergibt!
