We did not have a good experience with this location. At the start of the rental, I was surprised to be told that driving the car to the beach would result in an extra fee. I’ve been renting cars for over 10 years, and no one has ever tried to restrict where I could or couldn’t drive.
The car itself was also below expectations. The brakes were clearly worn out—very squeaky—and you had to press them well in advance to ensure the car would stop safely. When I reported this issue at drop-off, the staff simply responded with “oh, ok,” without any apology or concern.
The day after the reservation, I received an invoice that was $200 higher than what I was originally quoted. I assume this was an additional charge for my wife, who didn’t even drive the car, and this fee was never clearly explained beforehand.
Overall, I would not recommend this location

The staff's attitude was amazing—super friendly and efficient. They made the process seamless and fast. Unfortunately, the car's condition was a bit of a letdown; it was an older model with several body scratches and dents. I appreciate that they offered to rectify it by suggesting the model I wanted, but the vehicle quality needs improvement."
Lory is a real one. Selected a newer BMW X3. She initially set us up with one that was ready but it turned out to be an older unit. She found the one we selected and had the team get it ready by the time we got to the pickup area.
The car treated us great and was exactly what I was looking for. Assisted driving and ventilated seats was a very nice bonus!

Do NOT get vehicles from this company!!!!!
Very shady. There is a reason they are less expensive as they get there payment months after with bogus claims of damage to their extremely beat up inventory. I drove their car for 5 days with zero incidents and then came a claim of over $500 in damages. You have been warned. Pay a little more and go with a reputable company.

Even after paying an $11 million class action lawsuit for improperly charging customers, they continue to do so. At the check in, we were opted in to coverage we explicitly declined both online and at the desk (we reviewed the receipt and said we did NOT want the upgrades we were charged for and the guy got very grumpy when we pointed out the charge), we were also told that we HAD TO upgrade to the BMW if we wanted a car to be available. Of course, we said NO we will wait for the car we were promised and what do you know, the original car was available and ready for us to drive off the lot at the time we reserved. Constantly trying to take advantage of their customer and now we're getting an invoice that we owe nearly $600 for a scratch on the rim but no evidence or photos are being provided of the scan they did before we drove the car off the lot AND they are threatening to impact our credit score. There are literally HUNDREDS of posts claiming the exact same thing has happened to them. We travel often, have family on island, and are in no means unfamiliar with the car rental process but this is the first time that we've been so blatantly swindled by a car rental company.
