  My wife and I had a wonderful experience from pickup to drop-off. The entire process was smooth, easy, and very well organized. After arriving at the airport and collecting our bags, the directions to the shuttle were clear and simple. Getting to the Rent-A-Car area was seamless, and the signage clearly guided us to the National Rental Car location. We especially appreciated that the setup allowed us to go directly into the covered parking area, where we were given the freedom to choose from a wide selection of vehicles—at least 10 options. We selected a beautiful, spacious vehicle that perfectly fit our needs. At the exit gate, the process was quick and professional. They simply checked my driver’s license and kindly reminded me that it would be best to return the vehicle with a full tank. There was a conveniently located gas station just a couple of miles from the drop-off area, which made returning the car very easy. When we returned the vehicle, I expected a longer process, but it was incredibly efficient. Within about a minute, a customer service representative met us with a handheld device, took the keys, asked a couple of quick questions, and confirmed everything. They clearly showed me the final charge, which I greatly appreciated—no surprises, no confusion. From there, getting back to the airport was just as easy. The train shuttle took us directly to the terminals without any hassle. Overall, we are very satisfied. The experience was professional, transparent, and easy from start to finish. There were no hidden costs or last-minute changes, which we have unfortunately experienced with other rental companies. We will definitely continue to use National Rental Car in the future. Thank you for providing such a smooth and excellent experience. The vehicle itself was practically brand new, with only 3,200 miles, and was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.
