The service has always been excellent, it’s easy to use the website to choose my car category, and once at the airport, since I am an Emerald Club member, picking out a car has been very simple without having to go to the counter to do any paper work. Drop off has also been very a simple and quick experience. One of the biggest pluses also has been that we’ve never had any difficulties with any of the cars over the years.
