- PSPete S2Feb 19, 20261.0Went to have a flat tire fixed on a new car (15,000 miles). The tech snapped a lug nut re-installing the tire. The lugnut was installed improperly and when he torqued it, it snapped off. I watched the re-installation as I stood right next to the tech while he did the work.The store handed me the broken nut. They did not offer to fix it, they charged me full price for the flat repair and sent me on my way. Unless the shop warns you that the lug nuts are frozen, rusty, etc., if they break it, it's their fault. The nut came off cleanly when they removed the tire for repair. The improper re-installation was completely their fault. They also did an inspection before and after the tire repair and noted no issues with the car. USE THIS SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! I'll be contacting Goodyear Corporate management for follow-up.

She was very friendly and helpful.She worked by herself. She did amazing job. The tires did take a little longer than I thought to be put on. But the whole experience was great. Great service
