She was very friendly and helpful.She worked by herself. She did amazing job. The tires did take a little longer than I thought to be put on. But the whole experience was great. Great service

We accepted. At 10:40, we were still waiting, so I asked for an update. They said very rudely and without looking up at us “we request two hour timeframes for appointments”. That was never said before and would have been nice to know. The rest of our customer experience with this location went about the same, met with the same rudeness from all of the counter staff. Would not recommend.
