  My advice? DO NOT rent a car from them. Specifically this location here in Maui. Staff were unfriendly and uncooperative. Despite having a reservation, lines were long and we got a much smaller car than the one we had rented. When we went to pick up the car, we had to wait over 30 minutes just to be told they didn’t have the full size car we wanted. Then, when we were given our Mitsubishi Mirage, we took a video of the outside of the car to avoid being blamed for any damage we didn’t cause. The woman renting is the car did the same and don’t note anything nor take any pictures. Upon dropping the car off, the same woman did an inspection of the car and pointed out a small dent on the bottom of a door that could only be seen when level with the dent (about 8” off the ground) meaning we didn’t capture it in our before video. We did not hit, scrap, or bump ANYTHING while we had the car for approximately 36 hours. She claimed that since she had not seen it prior, it must’ve occurred while we had the car. Our video unfortunately didn’t get a great angle of the dent, so she said we needed to fill a change of condition form that would later go to our insurance. Not only did we not do the damage to the car, but the damage was so minimal that it would be easily missed when looking at the car when standing up. This isn’t something they would likely even get fixed before another person rents the car, suggesting that they could easily pin this on someone else as well and make double the profit. If you must rent from them, I suggest taking pictures of the entire car, from every angle, and in every lighting because they do not keep any before and after pictures of the cars. Another small note, I was unable to get ahold of them via phone the morning of the rental despite being on hold forever. And they don’t offer any shuttles to and from the location making it difficult/expensive to travel to and from the rental location.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient from start to finish. The pickup process was quick and smooth, and the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I reserved. What really stood out was the customer service—everyone was helpful, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I was comfortable before driving off. The return process was just as easy and hassle-free. Overall, Enterprise made renting a car simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their service again in the future.

  Booked a reservation back in June 2025. Arrived 12/29/25 for our reservation. When we arrived they had overbooked. No vehicles available. They were making a waitlist of people who had shown up that were denied. They had 10 pickup trucks along the back of the lot. But truck rentals is closed on Sundays. So they weren’t allowed to use those vehicles. A phone call or heads up would’ve been nice. Instead we sat around in the office for an hour calling every rental car place only to find out everyone was sold out because of this issue. I called customer service as requested. The only thing they could help with was an apology.

  A very disturbing and unprofessional experience. I made a reservation in August 2025 for a rental for December 24, 2025. I received multiple confirmation emails concerning the rental and also a request to check in online the day before to save time. I received a rental contract number and when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, none were available. Signs posted on the door and in the lobby stated “No vehicles available even with a reservation.” Pardon me? Why allow a pre-check in and provide a rental contract number if no vehicles are available? I could have made alternate plans if notified at an earlier time about this problem. The Assistant Manager had no clear explanation of why this happened. It is likely that dozens of customers were affected by this issue as I spoke with multiple others who had similar issues. I called Enterprise Corporate Customer Service and they were also apologetic and logged my complaint for review and investigation. Needless to say our day of sightseeing and fun was ruined. The Corporate Customer Service Agent stated that the lack of available vehicles may have been impacted by customers extending their rental periods, mechanical issues and accidents. This may be partially true, but potentially dozens of these incidents? Doubtful. It is more likely that poor management and lack of accountability were the cause. I also doubt a valid answer will ever be received and my days of using this company are officially over. They have lost a longtime customer.

  We booked 2 cars in advance, did the check in online and they don't have any inventory. Like if they didn't know. -- Update on 01/08 : putting 2 stars instead of 1 initially as (1) we have been correctly reimbursed. (2) the agency could not offer us what we had booked originally. There were 3 other people in waitlist before us with young children as well, and other people came to the shop after us. So this gave us a lot of stress. (3) We booked temporarily a truck at Enterprise commercial who have been extremely nice to help us, but it could not meet our full time over there. Commercial Enterprise basically saved us, and removed some stress, but not the same price we had. Finally a car was available for us available the following day, that we had to drive to pick up (2 hours). So, keep in mind before booking the risk. Today, based on the experience, I would go commercial rent a car to avoid the issue. Commercial Enterprise told us upfront they absolutely need the car 3 days later to honor their contract, and were speaking the same trust language than us.
