I rented a vehicle last week, and Yomele provided exceptional customer service. She was very professional, courteous and generously offered me an upgrade to a newer vehicle. She demonstrated a very positive attitude, and I immediately felt at ease due to her friendly and approachable manner. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Noah demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided a courteous and welcoming service. I have rented from SIXT multiple times in the past, and each experience has consistently been professional and positive. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

I had a really great experience with this Sixt location from start to finish. The pickup process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming and professional. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made the trip even better.
Returning the car was just as easy. It was quick, efficient, and no hassle at all. Everything was handled with professionalism and a friendly attitude, which made a big difference.
Overall, this was one of the easiest and most stress-free rental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location and would definitely rent here again.

We appreciate a variety of vehicles to choose from in the categories of standard to luxury mobiles. They offer business rates and accommodations besides personal standard reasons of using their vehicles. We do have a business account with them. The app is easy to use and has all the features you possibly needed to make your transaction smooth and convenient. The staff is friendly. Will always rent from Sixt for business and personal usage. We enjoy Sixt for their business as a family owned and what they offer, mahalo and Aloha nui! ☀️😊

I had reserved a vehicle with them 3 weeks in advance, a 7 passenger. When we checked in they informed us that they had rented out all the 7 passenger vehicles out. They downgraded our rental to a 5 passenger. I had paid premium for a 7 passenger. Horrible business practices. After our rental return they are claiming we caused damage to the front of the vehicle. Luckily I have pictures with time stamps of all the damage when we picked up the vehicle. Renters beware.

We were so fortunate to get Mele at the counter. She was so welcoming and it was so simple to get everything squared away. I initially prearranged a 7-seater Acadia for myself and my 5 kids but Mele offered us an upgrade I couldn't turn down and it worked out so much better. We ended up with a newer model Toyota Sequoia and it fit us much more comfortably as she recommended. All the costs and holds were explained to me quickly and clearly with no pressure and we were in and out of there in 5 minutes! Will definitely use them again! Thank you!
