  The technician didn’t hook my wiper blades back up. I was driving with my baby and when I turned it on the wiper nearly flew off. Wasn’t even connected. Don’t do it at your house, maybe if it was at the shop someone could’ve caught that.

  They scheduled us between 8am and 3pm that's fine, get a call at 2:30pm saying he'll be late but on the way eta 5pm not impressed but that's fine as well. At 7pm the tech says they brought the wrong glass after he removed and cracked the old glass leaving shards of glass everywhere in the interior. I was informed it won't be done today hopefully tomorrow.

  I had a great experience from start to finish. The technician was professional, courteous, and efficient, and the replacement was completed quickly with high-quality work. I really appreciated the clear communication throughout the process.

  I had my windshield replaced about a month ago. I had a wonderful experience and they did a great job. Today with the heavy rain I discovered an interior leak. Went to Safelite and they removed the entire windshield to make sure it wasn't a leak from the service done prior. Technicians helped me with a possible cause (that had nothing to do with the windshield), allowed me to take photos, and assisted with specific detail to show the dealership that the car was purchased from. Everyone at this location was very helpful and did not give me a bad vibe in any way. I'm grateful for their help and the quality work they've done.

  I’ve used this auto glass shop twice, once for a windshield replacement and once for a rear window, and unfortunately both experiences have been very disappointing. The front windshield installation was poorly done. The rubber seal does not stay in place, and I constantly have to fix it myself, especially after going through a car wash or even after heavy rain. That should never happen with a properly installed windshield. The rear window is even worse. The glass they installed appears to be low quality, it visibly distorts and blurs the image when you look through it. On top of that, the sealing work around the spoiler area was done very poorly, allowing water to leak into the car. Because of this, I now have rust spots inside my vehicle for the first time, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. To be honest, I’ve had better experiences at shops I’ve used at night with much higher ratings than this place. The store I’m referring to is ACE AUTO GLASS on South Beretania, which, in my experience, performs far better than what I received here. Overall, the workmanship and quality of materials used were not up to standard. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience, as both repairs resulted in defects and additional problems instead of solutions.
