  My process went well for efficiency and conveniency, but I feel could have taken more time on my end to plan the vehicle purchase. Pacific Honda will accommodate and help you through your unresolved issues in order to get that purchase off and leave you feeling taken care of. So far so good, but just hoping all other added expenses (warranties, Honda care, etc.) will hold up in value.

  Honda Odyssey notified me of maintenance check “A”..called Rayne on Monday..left a message requesting the earliest day available to have service performed..received a call on Tuesday advising of earliest day (Thursday).. Arrived earlier than the scheduled time and decided to wait for work to be completed..all work completed for maintenance check “A”..will return next week to have safety check taken care of. Have been a client of Rayne’s for the last two (2) years and have always been satisfied with his customer service. Honda has an excellent employee working for them and should continue him on their payroll. Five (5) out of five (5) stars ⭐️ for Rayne!!

  I really hope they can improve their appointment notifications—like sending a text reminder a day before. It’s easy to forget the exact time sometimes. Also, the guy I handed my key to should have a clear list of appointments and times. If a customer arrives early (like I did), they should let them know their actual appointment time instead of just having them wait. I ended up waiting over an hour with my 11-month-old baby, only to be told later that they didn’t call me because I came too early (I arrived at 8:45am, but my appointment was at 10:30am). They could’ve at least said, “Your appointment is at 10:30—are you okay to wait?” instead of just letting me sit there with a fussy baby. It felt really inconsiderate.

  The car sales staff were rude and irresponsible; I still haven't received the license plate after a month. A terrible dealership. Because I haven't officially registered the vehicle, the insurance company told me that the insurance would be terminated on May 4th. Today, I came back to inquire when I could receive the license plate. The staff member who sold me the car said it had nothing to do with them, slammed his hand on the computer screen, and threatened me. His attitude was extremely rude.

  My Wife and I had an outstanding experience at Pacific Honda. We walked in without an appointment and we were greeted by Yon. We explained him what we wish to do and he took his time to answer all our questions and show us the vehicles. At this time we were not sure about the buying yet he was still helping us tremendously. After we decided to buy, the process went through surprisingly well. It wasn’t a typical car buying experience where you stressed and don’t feel comfortable, it was the opposite. We felt welcomed, understood and taken care of. Huge Thanks to Yon and Jordan! Mahalo!
