- TWTodd WH6DWFApr 10, 20261.0They don’t do LOF’s on Mercedes Benz, so don’t waste your time. Plus I had to call three times in the same day to get anyone to answer the phone. Unfortunately, Google used the wrong Jiffy Lube store address for this review. The Jiffy Lube address should reflect 2550 South Beretania and not the Punchbowl store that actually answer their phone by the second ring and I never got an answer from the South Beretania store at all. The good news is that the owner/manager of the Punchbowl store actually responded to my Google review with a business email, which I responded to on April 13, 2026 along with my apologies for Google using and not disclosing the correct store address. I also stated in that email that I’ve had good experiences with Jiffy Lube stores in California and Nevada. I think a person’s Google reviews should be honest as possible because it ultimately reflects on one’s character, especially as a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
