  Samson has been a huge help to us since we got to Jerry V in Honolulu. His smile never disappeared from beginning to end since working with us on getting our new car. We are truly grateful for his excellent customer service and we are more than happy to recommend Jerry V to our family and friends because of Samson.

  On 4/20 Braddah David Nygaard from JerryVsHonolulu took care of me and my wife and got us into a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with aloha, and when we were paired with David it just continued. David made the whole process easy and gave us confidence we were leaving with a vehicle. Then David and his manager Mike surprised us and told us that we qualified for a brand new car. They took our Highlander (which has a seized motor) as a trade in, and got the new car with $0 down. Mahalo Braddah David and the JerryVsHonolulu Ohana for getting me and my ohana in our first brand new car.

  After years of playing Russian roulette with fixer uppers we were over it. On 4/19/2026 Spoke to Savannah via email and was fixed on looking at two pre owned Kia sorentos. Savannah ensured us that Jerry V takes any cars running or not (big reason why we went to them). 4/20/2026 Jerry V took our broken down Toyota Highlander and gave us a pretty good deal on it and we ended up qualifying for a BRAND NEW 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe. So we pretty much walked out with the best deal. If you’re looking for straight shooters, no BS, aloha vibes and kind people who will listen to your preferences and strive to work with your budget and genuinely want to see you WIN then this is the place for you! Ask for Money Mike & Dave Ny! Absolute dream team @ JerryVHonolulu! Ty guys for helping our Ohana get a new and RELIABLE vehicle !

  I must say that I am very happy with the car overall. However, there are several drawbacks I would like to point out. First, I expected a more thorough inspection and better preparation of the vehicle, especially considering it is a 2024 model. Compared to other dealerships, the condition did not meet the same standard. Second, I believe the vehicle’s deficiencies should have been presented more clearly prior to the sale. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to fully inspect the car during the test drive. After the purchase, I noticed several issues, including dents on the body, a missing trunk cover, scratches on interior plastics, a missing first aid kit, and loose trim on the exterior mirror, among others. A 2024 vehicle should be presented and sold in near-new condition. From my experience, I have seen older used vehicles in better shape than mine. I do not regret purchasing the car, as it is a good vehicle overall. However, this experience will make me think twice before returning to this dealership or recommending it to others.
