  I've been a Goodyear customer for years. This is the second time that I went for an oil change, with an appointment, and it took ridiculously long. There's no excuse. They tried to blame it on the oil cap being screwed on too tight that it broke (but they had a replacement lying around so I wasn't charged?). I waited at the park for over two hours, with my kids, and the car didn't even get inside the shop during that time. All in all, had a 10am appointment and my car was ready around 2pm. My daughter had to call out of work and I barely had time to get home, change, and get to my job. The last time we went to Goodyear we had a similar situation but it was worse, as in it took ALL DAY for a job they told me would take an hour or so. You hope that it's a one time, random thing that won't happen again but apparently not. This will have to be the last time we go there, the workers are nice enough, but the wait time is unacceptable, especially when they tell you that your vehicle will be ready in 1-1.5 hours.

  Would definitely recommend going to this location. The manager was so helpful and gave me information I was struggling to understand. Thanks Wes and to your team. Great job!!

  I came on time to drop my car off for my scheduled appointment. The first female service advisor told me it should be done within 1.5 to 2 hours. I call around 2.5 hours later and the person on the phone said that the car wasn't on the lift yet and they should be starting on it soon. 45 minutes later, someone calls me and says my car was done. Bummer they didn't finish within 2 hours, but I've yet to find a shop where they finish within their estimated time. So that's average. The second female advisor when I picked up my car was not so nice. Maybe she was talking to someone on the phone who was hard to work with, but gave that resentment to me when it was time to help me. Her dismissive attitude towards me was really off putting. Especially when she switched up her attitude to being upbeat while speaking to her coworker then back to being dismissive when she was telling me about the service they did. She told me they tested my battery and suggested that I should change it. I changed my battery less than 10 months ago. Take what you will with that, but I definitely will not be taking that advice.

  Goodyear rescued our Hawaiian vacation when we blew a tire, then blew the donut. Wes came and picked me up with the tire, brought me back to the shop, then returned me to where I was stranded. This is not a standard service they offer, they went above and beyond to salvage our time in Paradise! Thanks!
