  If I could give negative stars I would. Where do I even begin? I thought this place would be good a friend recommended it to me, but the service was atrocious. I think the guys name was Shane, has zero bedside manner. And I’m pretty sure he put old used tires on my car just to get it out the door quicker. Next time I’ll just go to Walmart instead. Seriously don’t waste your time here.

  Great service. Attention to details were spot on. From start to finish on my repairs were done on time. Very accomodating. Good work and they took care of all the insurance communication and processes to completion.

  “Over promise and under deliver” Lies lies and more lies. I thought I’d help out a new shop that opened up with a quick repair on my Jeep but my kindness was taken advantage of. I was told multiple lies starting with parts being unavailable but I checked with cutter and all parts were in stock besides a lower control arm that was 2 weeks back ordered which in the very end wasn’t needed. Another lie was told when they said that my Jeep was going to be towed to “CTS”, which if wasn’t due to mileage increase and their worker by the name of “Dave Miklos” connecting to BT to my stereo. Lastly, they told me a frame inspection and report was going to be performed and delivered but never was. There’s many other issues I reported to Sarah via email and never on the phone. She had the audacity to call my insurance company and say that I was harassing her. Thank goodness I have proof via email writing to disprove her claim. Unfortunately, my jeep still drives like I’m on ice due to a bad steering box, paint missing on my hood, and the aluminum hood is warped from the accident. I’ve been and still waiting for insurance to make this right. It was 58 days in the shop for only to replace and paint one fender, replace 3/4 of a steel bumper, track bar, and tie rods. It’s very obvious that I was fed lies because they were still trying to staff. Also, the most messed up part is that Gerber is an inspector for work performed. So, they can lie that they’re poor work quality is good and safe to insurance companies.
