  Booked and checked in early. Got to renal kiosk at 8:15. Nearly an hour to wait or longer to get a car since they have two staff working and a line out the door. They are completely inefficient with no respect to travelers schedules. Would not recommend Enterprise at Hilton Hawaiian Village.

  Enterprise Rent A Car located in Hilton Hawaiian Village Ohau. Currently hours are 8am to 12pm so it's a short window. My advise get there at 7:30am if you already have a reservation because we got there at five minutes after eight and there were already twenty people in line so it took half an hour to get to the desk. They did good getting people through the process. Located across the street from Hilton checking in the shopping area, by ABC store.(no photos) After check in you have to go up the stairs then take the elevator to floor five walk go across the parking garage to the desk and get your car. There are signs. We got a Malibu it was a nice car. All that being said make sure you have full coverage and never leave anything inside your car except for the trunk. Return was easy, park in the Return spaces and drop the keys downstairs. Everything except check-in is done by text or email. Overall good experience.

  Priscilla at the pick-up desk was absolutely wonderful. She was so welcoming and kind and offered some great recommendations around the island. She was the absolute sweetest!

  Hilton Enterprise is the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Kind, efficient customer service and efficient process had us in the car and on our way in 10-15 minutes from walking in the front door with no reservation in place. 10/10 will use Enterprise again!

  I could not return the car to the airport from the hotel rental location. They had me running around all over the place to figure it out. I walked about 2 miles between rental places and waited in line for over an hour. The remote Enterprise location said there was no reason the hotel Enterprise location couldn't adjust for drop off at the airport for a $50 fee. I mean, seriously? I'm never doing that again...
